Well I didn't like it personally, preferred CalCivII, but shit, for 2 euros...if you really wondering just get it for 'free' first to see.

This. SEIV runs better, has better AI and a better UI. Apart from that, the differences are entirely insignificant. SEV is basically SEIV, with moar broken.
