D2MultiRes: Diablo II beyond 800x600!

Since it seems that the current trend in modding RPGs is to get them working in higher resolutions, Diablo II couldn't be the exception: get it here bitches! Any excuse to reinstall Diablo and kill a couple of Fallen Ones again is a good excuse, anyway.



Does not work on closed Realms. (who plays on Cheater.net anyway?)
Works better under DirectDraw video mode.
May or may not steal your CD-Key.

The catch probably is suspended CD key at battle.net because server will immediately detect is as a "maphack" (the game will request much more tiles from the server than the one in original resolution).

I actually started playing singleplayer recently...Trying out a Frenzy/Double Throw Barb...

Really wish you had a larger stash though :\

We could always start up the Codex game again...I still have all my chars from our last run (including mules).

DO you need to replay singleplayer in the higher diffculties to max out you skills? Or can you get to the skill cap in skills withtout going nightmare diffculty?

Ahh...I forgot how much I enjoyed this multiplayer.

Just finished a good five hour run with some friends of mine...Pity they're playing non-hardcore on US West. Although the non-hardcore is probably a good thing, as we had several deaths early on XD (Having to start from scratch made me sad, though...)

And you can never really max out your skills. Some spec's can cap out early due to the lack of synergies, but for, say, a Vengeance Pally, you're looking at 20 in each of the three base resist buffs, 20 in Conviction, around a dozen for prerequisites, and a handful in Vengeance itself. The only classes that can really cap their skills are ones have very few synergies...
