Wow, do you think that might compliment the original adventure game?

edit: I've just found a torrent that comes with 5 versions of the game, coming at various sizes from 350 to 470 mb. One Saturn version, one Sega CD, one PSX/1, one PilotPCE(?) and one, uh, I don't know what, it only says Konami 1992 NTSC-J.

You want the segacd version. It contains an ISO image and 21 audio tracks. You should have both the iso and the tracks in the same folder. The version I'm using is altogether (both iso and audio tracks) 173 MB.

EDIT: I saw the torrent you were talking about. I don't know why the cd image is so big. Maybe it's the one have has compressed mp3 audio and the image has uncompressed.

CHAPTER 10.5 : PIZZA, TISSUES AND DIRTY CALLS

The actual update will be a bit late, so I'll treat you with some side dishes. It's mainly some events that can be triggered if you investigate thoroughly your surroundings.

You know, the fact is that Gillian doesn't have it easy. I mean he got separated with his wife due to their mutual amnesia problem, but deep down he still loves her. But above all he's a man, and a man has to get some. Unfortunately he's so desperate that he comes on the women like a horny 15 year old and he constantly gets turned down.

Mika likes him , but she doesn't want to complicate things, Katrina is a hot little... For fucks sake ! Katrina is just a 14-year old with a fake ID ! and Metal... Metal doesn't have the right modifications to play that role... This Junker is in a hot spot...

After many difficulties, cold showers, disemboweled dogs , hypnotizing nipples... we've found the goddamn Snatcher Hospital. At least we think we've found it...

Yep, the sign is flickering and sometimes it looks like OLEEN...

A surprising number of people are in the area. Car and pedestrian traffic is quite heavy.

The building is old, but it appears to have been preserved adequately. Metal, what about the lock on the door ?

It's locked but I can easily open it.

So, we tell Metal to unlock it and we go inside...

I'm not picking up any movement There's nobody in the area.

It really appears abandoned... Everything is covered with dust and filth.

Can this really be an operational hospital ? Let's search the reception booth...

Hmmm. Maybe we'll find some clues inside those rooms. First we enter Room #1 :

The character on the far left is BERYLLIUM. The next one and the very last one are NITROGEN. The third one stands for SULFUR and the fourth one is OXYGEN.

Time to solve another puzzle. We must figure out the patient's name and we have the symbols of BERYLLIUM, NITROGEN, SULFUR and OXYGEN. Can you guess what it is ?

CHAPTER 12 : SUSPICIOUS MINDS

The next Chapter of Snatcher is finally here. Let's meet our protagonists:

(Randam ? In the Jap version he was called Randam. It seems that in the English version they thought "Random" sounded more cool.)

Shit has hit he fan, people. "Trust No One". Yep, these are some wise words. The possibility of a Snatcher inside the agency is very real. Is it our Chief, Benson Cunningham ? Is it our engineer, Harry Benson ? Is it guitar brutha, George Benson ? Or is it someone else ?... Hold your breath, we're entering the Junker HQ.

CHAPTER 12 : SUSPICIOUS MINDS

Well at least Mika is human... I hope.

Is that so ? ... Mika I've broken the code. It was a patient's name. In other words, I've uncovered a possible Snatcher.

I don't know their full name, but the name Benson was written on the file. In other words the Chief or Harry could be Snatchers.

One of the topics on this year's agenda is the Snatcher menace. Other countries are starting to worry that Snatchers are not just a Neo Kobe problem anymore.

I'm not sure if this is good or bad. It seems that some countries want to take drastic measures. The Chief was going to try and convince them that the situation is still under control.

This is it metal ! We're heading right into the enemy's headquarters this time !

Last night I dreamed that I was playing this game. But I was inside it, and it was a bit like System Shock 2 but in an oppressive underground industrial corridor system. Not really good graphics. And there were these strange zombies, but then they were prisoners of the americans in Iraq and they had been kept chained in the dark. The weapons were kinda meh. There was this strange kind of enemy, but I recalled ghostdog saying that you could only hurt it with a foam-spraying weapon that I had, but then I reloaded and I had lost it, because I had saved a lot of time earlier.
Man, I really should go to bed earlier.

Well this is the segacd version that came out in 1994 and has better graphics and speech. As for not having any good adventure games the last 10 years, you're right. The last good year for adventures was 1999. After that it went really downhill. Well, there are a couple of titles, but nothing special.
