<p>Looks like Namco Bandai <a href="http://www.gamasutra.com/view/news/39026/Namco_Bandai_Wins_Rights_To_Distribute_The_Witcher_2_Xbox_360_In_Europe.php" target="_blank">won their lawsuit</a> against CDProjekt concerning the distribution rights to the upcoming XBOX version of The Witcher 2 in Europe.</p>

Are all you guys idiots? All the courts did was enforce a contract that CDP and Namco both agreed to.

CDP tried to break a contract and got caught trying to breaking it.

RULE OF THUMB: Don't sign a contract and then try to break it illegally.
