Already downloaded. They can send as many cease and desists as they want, I'll make sure it never dies :smug:

Edit: Mactard :rage:

Fuck you, there are good remastered pieces and there are bad. From what I'm hearing this is GOOD.

Downloading.

On similar note - too bad that Ben Houge (Arcanum ost) is devoting his talents to some shitty synhpop right now.

Cool thought the download speed is low. Bethstapo probably will try to take this down ASAP.

Downloaded just as an excuse to hear Metallic Monks again.

EDIT: Gah, all the tracks end with the beginning of the next.

Sort of sucks that there's track overlap, but this is still really, really lovely.

If Obsidian really has tapped him for New Vegas, I'm looking forward to that game all the more.

Goatfuck, MP3 CBR 320 kbps … I hate that shit. Why not provide the files in lossless quality?

It's nice that Mark Morgan took the time to work on the tracks again and release them but it always seem counter-productive to then encode them that way (plus it takes more space than it is worth).

Nothing wrong about that since it's done nicely.
It can't be done nicely. There are two reasons why it should be avoided:
1. Players usually insert a small pause between tracks.
2. One may want to listen to just one track.

It depends of the player and the format. MP3 is notoriously capricious when it comes to gapless playback, though there are workarounds but they won't work everywhere. Modern formats like Ogg or Musepack do not have that problem.

Damn, some of these really bring me back. I think I had forgotten how captivating Fallout was. This music really helped set the post-apocalyptic mood.

Yeah, I wish it was in FLAC format then MP3, but still better then nothing.

Get a player that allows you configure this then.

Listen to the previous release of original soundtrack.
Simple solutions are simple ;)

Still, there's a good reason why practically no one does it.

Anyway, aside from the overlaping thingie, the album sounds lovely.

(it takes more space than it is worth).
Looks like you answered your own question.

Even though 320CBR is a stupid waste of space.

Bloody casuals! I say shoot them at the spot. Music should be listened by whole album or not at all. There is no middleground.

If you say so.

The beginning of Track 11 actually has some of Track 10 playing at the same time. Disgusting.
