They certainly made his face more consumer-friendly, but those pretty looking graphics must require a monster rig, especially if you take into account TW1's performance vs graphical quality.

To me the Witcher can never go the full mile because regardless of all choices you're still playing a pre-made white-hair elf-faggot.

I could never play past the first town in the original. Even when I tried the x-tra faggot edition, it was just too fucking boring. You had to run back and forth like a fucking sonic the hedgehog to complete the most simple of tasks.

Quests didn't feel rewarding either. No, not even with the sex cards.

Also it's a fucking action game anyway. They just added a few classic RPG elements that's all. The boring ones. And made them feel like chores.


So no I can't really say I'm looking forward to this and I'm disappointed that the codex goes jerking off to every cinematic trailer released.

The only decent thing about Twitcher was lore (lifted from books) and somewhat pleasant art direction. One can only hope CDP Red doesn’t falter even on this in TW2…

TW's performance after patch was pretty good, actually, and anyway it was crippled by Bioware's shit engine. Considering how much they were able to do with Aurora, it's probably safe to bet that their own engine should be pretty good.

And, anyway, this thing's most likely going to be multi-platform and will have to be able to run on a Crapbox360, so doubt it'll need a monster rig.
