One-Handed, 2-11 Slashing Damage. Forged from the sweat and steel of the finest craftman of the Middle East, the Sacred Scimitar embodies the spirit and pride of a desert people. The blade also resonates with the hopes and dreams of thousands upon thousands of souls. This presence permeates whomever wields it, increasing critical chance by 5% and increasing piercing resistance by 10.

Seems like a whole lot of pomp and circumstance for such a moderately powerful item.

It increases the chance of a critical hit by 5 percent; that's quite a lot.

No need for weapons that add 66 damage, IMO.

Me, I want to know how they got steel out of craftsmen.
That doesn't sound like the sacred type of magic to me.
