There's a preview of Vampire: the Masquerade - Bloodlines over at GameSpy. It's a neat little two page deal, rather short, but mentions some interesting things they saw. Here's a bit on the character system:

The first thing we noted was that the game is extremely loyal to the classic World of Darkness pen-and-paper games from White Wolf. After choosing your clan you're greeted with a "character sheet" that shares all the stats and many of the skills from the RPG, and even looks the same (does anyone else remember filling out all those little dots? The Vampire character sheet reminded me of taking the SAT.)

Seven clans from the pen-and-paper game are faithfully represented, from the noble Ventrue to the manic Malkavians to the deformed Nosferatu. Choosing a clan isn't just a cosmetic choice; it'll radically reshape your game experience, as we'll see in a bit.

It's good to see the character system implimented fully, the question would be what changes are made to fit the first person perspective.
