The Magic Land has been updated and a new version of the game and demo are available for those who are interested in something a little.. wierd.

The Magic Land features Astral Entertainment's green hero Pea-Guy. This time he and his friends takes on a nasty wizard lord in a land filled with knights and magic. TML features a unique gameplay mixing console style semi-turnbased RPG with third person action and strategy. It brings a whole new dimension to RPG battles. TML is also very easy to get into and controlls are similar to any PC shooter mixed with some mouse controlled menues. A game for both RPG newbies and veterans.

A unique battlemode for interesting battles

A simple character system and intuitive controlls

Beautiful open landscapes

A console style cartoon look

All characters have different skills and abilities

Now, I don't normally post things that have the word console extensively in their info page on the game, but this was just too wierd looking to pass up.

Weird. W-E-I-R-D. Sorry, but after dozens of posts about "Wierd War," with the game's name consistently spelled wrong I can't take it any more!

Damned stupid English language and it's silly exceptions to it's own rules. That's the one I'll never, ever get mainly because it never has made sense to me. The I before E exceptions typically make the "A" sound, like eight, neighbor, and so forth. Weird is pronounced like any other I before E word. That drives me nuts. It's not pronounced wayrd, it's weerd.. So basically, screw the way it's supposed to be! I'm up for a little Ben Franklinizing on this word.

Hey, but if there needs to be an expection for any word, weird is a good one. It's self referential! Ha! .. .. . .

It pisses me off whenever I see the word "definitely" spelled "definately".

Uh...

Yeah, just thought I'd say that :)

What I could never get is why "break" is pronounced the way it is. Weak, steak, leak etc. all sound different.
Also, it's "existence" and not "existance" imo (some of us make that mistake iirc).

Well, Saint, it looks like the only support you'll find on that front is from our resident illiterates, Gromnir and Volourn.

*Heh* I had doubts about that, thanks! So is there a difference in pronounciation between "stake" and "steak"?

No, there isn't, leading to numerous terrible jokes involving vampires and cows.
