So while I am playing Mass Effect 3 (which is surprisingly very good)

Close the thread and ban OP.

It is actually good as a FPS

How can a game that's not FPS be good as FPS?

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
How is he dumb? That's a pretty accurate description. Maybe add some Minecraft elements too and that's it.

After playing DOS:EE for 3 hours and WL2:DC for 16 hours (and deleted all the saves in a rage because I screwed up Rail Nomad's quests), here are my thoughts:

- WL2:DC has more significant changes. The graphics are much better to look at, while some battlefields has more interesting cover/enemy placements.
- WL2:DC's voice acting annoys me far less than DOS:EE...because they have LESS voice acting. DOS:EE just makes me cringe.
- WL2:DC has more interesting places and details to explore. Because you can at least right-click practically anything to check out its details. DOS:EE is a more generic fantasy experience.
- Both have silliness mixed in between, but WL2:DC's humor feels more serious and believable.
- DOS:EE combat is much more interesting as it has way more options. However, it can turn into a clusterfuck very fast with all the randomness and crazy interaction between different elements. On the otherhand, WL2:DC combat is much more clean and easy to handle yet enjoyable; however, from time to time I would with that it has more complexity like XCOM or JA2.
- Both games suffer from sluggish UI but at least WL2:DC is more intuitive. DOS:EE for some reason feels weird everywhere in the control part - from the strange feeling of screen scrolling, to managing the inventory.
- WL2:DC's world feels more dynamic with surprises everywhere. The main/side story details or twists can be really interesting as well.

Personally I find that WL2:DC to be more addicting to play, despite the fact that it is less polished than DOS:EE. As someone said above, playing DOS:EE and WL2:DC as a tag team can be a good solution.

Salon magazine would disagree.
Headquarter in San Francisco says everything. Why don't the mankind put San Francisco under quarantine for 20 years to contain the outbreak and then we will see how it turns out?

Wasn't there a post-apoc setting where south Cali had been sunk by an Earthquake/Tsunami and San Francisco had become a respectable place once again? Food for thought.

I can't vote because I finished both original releases and there is no way I am playing either again.
