No way, I thought it was made by Bethesda????
They couldn't make that; they barely understand how it works—and I don't mean the game engine.

Many of the people that made Fallout 1 & 2 now work for Obsidian—which is itself the remnants of the original Black Isle studios. MCA left Obsidian recently, but he was a designer on Fallout 2. Small wonder that New Vegas was closer to home than FO3 ever could be... and that using essentially the same engine.
