This is so baffling. If you're gonna write a list of your top 15 games ever, why would you even need to include 0-50%? I can think of fifteen great games on the top of my head and I don't believe any of them would fit under 87 or so percent, unless they were relative to each other. If that were truly the case then I wouldn't even know how to begin to grade shit. What the hell do I grade my favourite game of all time, or the game I find to be near immaculate? 98%? 100%?

Not for this "poll", obviously, but just to give an idea how I'd value the percentage points ( = to make clear that I'm not thinking in the ways of many current magazines who seem to believe that a game that is any good needs to be above 80%, and everything below 60% is utter garbage. Which kinda adresses the rest of your post too ).

I gave my favourite game of all time 95%.
I don't think there is such a thing like a 100% or a 0% game. A 100% game would be absolutely and totally and overwhelmingly perfect on every front, with no flaws at all, and you wouldn't have had one single second of boredom / annoyedness / negativity while playing it.
