I saw that Vikings is being funded by DFI(more than you got from kickstarter, IIRC, so congrats on that!). I know from past events that DFI isn't always completely neutral and can have demands for the projects they give a helping hand. Has the collaboration in any way altered your vision or set some demands for the final product you wouldn't otherwise have aimed to accomplish? More importantly, has anything been removed because of this?
I guess this might be confidential, if so, I can understand that.

It wouldn't be hard to get more than they got from Kickstarter, which is zero. :M

(yeah you're probably thinking of Conquistador)

Care to give some details about that?

Generally rather mild things, like pushing for Nordic actors and such.
But then, since their website is pretty legalese to my eyes it's hard to understand just how much influence they really have on project, what demands they can set before granting a fund and if they're totally hands off as soon as it's given, which is why I'm asking.

I don't think they've made any demands and nothing has been removed because of the DFI deal, as far as I know. I don't really know much. Probably some other stuff too, but I don't know the details.
