Just a reminder to everyone:

Christmas is coming.

Underrail is ridiculously cheap.

Give your friends the gift of Underrail and be their hero of the season - plus it's less than treating them for lunch.

Psychokinesis's as good at crowd control as Thought Control imo. Stun, stun, mass stun and an inpenetrable wall... And applicable to pretty much all enemies, unlike TC.
Locust of control into enrage, terrify, or the incapacitation ability, psycho has nothing on that. In the last build Psycho only has stun based CC. Taking a guy out for one turn is the best you have. Lightning is not applicable to shielded enemies either, so all you have at that point is the punch and the wall. The wall is great, but it's more situational.

Psi is the most fun when you have all three schools. Cycling through cooldowns and locking down groups is fun and works best when you have all the CC.

You just need high values then it is reliable. I had a full PSI character and the fireball fear close to never failed to apply.
I had the same kind of character but I still never felt like it was reliable enough. The other schools were just offering a better deal. Reliability at to low cost of no penalty to your damage. I guess that will have changed now if Meta did get a buff.
