Tacticular Cancer: We'll have your balls

And if the Password Recovery doesn't work (there was an error transitioning accounts during the upgrade), use the "contact us" link right down the bottom right of the forums and harass us about it. Include your account name and its e-mail address (or whatever parts of it you remember).

"This message is awaiting moderator approval": All new users must pass through our moderation queue before they will be able to post normally. Until your account has "passed" your posts will only be visible to yourself (and moderators) until they are approved. Give us a week to get around to approving / deleting / ignoring your mundane opinion on crap before hassling us about it. Once you have passed the moderation period (think of it as a test), you will be able to post normally, just like all the other retards.

The title screen looks fine and does the job, don't listen to the nitpickers.

    Forum is online

This is just a quick update to let you guys know I finally got around to setting up the forum. So if you have any questions hop over to http://www.underrail.com/forums. I would especially appreciate if you take your time to report any bugs you encounter in the upcoming demo and, of course, provide feedback on various game aspects.

Speaking of demo it's now content complete. That is, I got all the content I planned for the demo done. Tomorrow, I'm having some friends over and we'll be play testing it throughout the weekend to ensure there are no showstopping bugs or glaring imbalances and also that the game and its individual parts are not too hard or too easy.

Yep. The only reason it's not coming out this weekend is because I want to launch IndieGoGo campaign at the same time.

    so true

    What about KS bro-Styg?
    No way to have one?

There have been several non-US (and non-UK) countries that have launched KS campaigns.
Wouldn't a possible alternative be hire a _cheap_and_honest_ lawyer at your country, to make the necessary arrangements with an entity at UK to deal with the bureaucracy, and make sure you get the money.
Not going KS would be really limiting yourself on this :(

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-18780184
Maybe you could also inform yourself of when and how will the KS work on UK. It could be feasible to temporarily move to UK (not London, fucking expensive) for 1 or 2 months and do the campaign while there.

KS can wield 10 to 100 times more!
    Case in point:
    http://www.indiegogo.com/warbirdgames
    http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/warbirdgames/jack-houston-and-the-necronauts

BTW, IMO releasing the demo first to let the word of mouth spread before starting the fund raising could be a better option.

kaizoku, you must be joking. o_O

On a serious note, I contacted some of the leads of those European KS projects that got funded, but there is no magical way to make this happen, they all had a person in US they could trust.

just installed this now and made a character, a psi-guns sort of guy. havent played anything yet but it seems like there was alot of skill points available at the start so i could cover pretty much everything i wanted (maxed psi disciplines, guns, dodge/evade, lockpick/hack and persuasion)

the UI and stuff kind reminds me of the geneforge games :) also im really liking the ambient music, giving me a good vibe
