I understand that this may be a stupid question, but how do you use the Shoutbox? I can't join or type into it any way I can see. So I figure maybe I need to donate or need a year before I am released into that jungle. Search function has not been helpful. It may also be my ad-blocking plugins for all I know, but I don't think so as I can read it just fine. So how do I go about joining the conversation in there?

You can unlock shoutbox access by either getting awarded 10 goldfists, post a picture of you wearing an exclusive Codex t-shirt whilst holding a signed copy of Fallout 2, or making over 1 million posts/parrots. The last option can take a while but it's worth it.
