    If you absolutely have to jump between skill-sets then at least select one skill from the set and raise it to 80%. Then move to another from the same group. As I said 40-50 percent in everything at this stage of the game won't grant you any benefits. Actually it may prove harmful, as partial successes (especially in Intrigue and Military, but also other sets) tend to simply misinform you (meaning, they encourage you to do stupid shit most of the time).
