The actual file is called 1.7, but the version number in game is 1.5. Is that an oversight, or is there a better version out there?

Is there any way to speed up things like allocating xp points?

Is it true a publisher is going to fix up the game (and hopefully resolve some of the stability issues)?

It's a fascinating game, but very frustrating to play.
