Hi,

The Ancient World is a Minecraft server that's been around since the earliest days of Minecraft survival mode. Beginning as a single player world, it eventually became a multiplayer server that grew exponentially over the years. You can still find many of the oldest builds today (albeit in ruins most of the time).

I don't think we have. But we have many libraries with books written by players (even before books were officially in minecraft). We do have some light lore you'll notice around the place, especially pertaining to the gods of our world.

Say you are raiding someones house or base. You can steal the valuable blocks and empty all the chests, that's fair game. But if you also take the time to pull down whole builds or pour lava on everything, then that's considered causing grief.

I like that people were able to build lots of cool buildings and landscapes in Minecraft, but there's still not enough game or story for me to really be interested.
