Kyu (Fairy girl): I believe she gets unlocked after you sex 1-3 Waifus.
Momo (Catgirl): Discard a goldfish (Gift item from the store) while outside during the day, and she will appear after you leave to a different place.
Celeste (Alien girl): Once you unlock Kyu, gift her the "Dirty Magazine" you start the game with, and she will give you a "Strange Object". Take this object to the Beach at night (It may take a while for someone to be at the beach at night, just make sure to watch.) However, if you go to have sex that night, she will not appear. Simply leave and she will appear.
Venus (Goddess): I'm not 100% sure on this, but I believe you need to sex every non-secret Waifu and then she will appear as the "final boss" after you visit Kyu.
