A lone wood elf scout was captured in the borders of Skyrim. The Legion wastes no time in taking her to Helgen, where she awaits punishment.
Little do they know what they've brought into the province.
A spectacular dragon attack affected her escape.
In the chaos of the attack, the wily elf formed a temporary alliance with the Stormcloak prisoners.
As the two limped to the surface... the Stormcloak warrior is wracked with terrible pain from a spider's venom.
So vulnerable... and weak. An irresistible quarry to the sinful assassin.
A fate well-deserved for one who turns his back to a complete stranger. As Orenji-maru makes her way downhill, she stopped in her tracks. The sound of activity is near.

Minutes pass, the sound of the forest punctuated by moans. As Orenji takes a moment to calm her nerves, she senses another presence nearby aside from her new mistress.
She is not alone. Her mistress, sensing the same quickly drew her bow and searched the area in a frenzy. This is an opportunity.
There it is! The dead bandit on the camp. She needs something sharp to free herself.
"C'mon..," she grits her teeth as sweat poured freely down her curves. The dagger repeatedly slipping from the correct position.
"Damn it! COME ON!" she nearly screamed in frustration. There's excitement buzzing within her, she wasn't sure if it's fear or something else, but she knew time is not on her side. Finally, when she almost reached her limits...something snaps.
"YES!"
Like a woman possessed, she ran back to the top of the ledge where the second dead bandit lay.
Battleaxe. It will serve her well. And a map of some sort.
She takes them all.
Though wounded, she's not leaving just like that. Vengeance must be taken.
Creeping as close as she could before sprinting the last few paces... Orenji raised the battleaxe up high...
Her assailant lay dead on the floor. Orenji drew a deep breath and suddenly realized another person next to her. "I'm glad that's over with." The wanderer simply sheathed his sword and walks away from the camp without any more words. Not even a show of gratitude for saving him.
"Hey, asshole! You forgot something!", the man turned around to face the shout.
Five dead. It's only the beginning.

Unloading her goods on a nearby general store, Orenji-maru stumbles upon an argument.
Turns out there was a burglary, and the owner wants his personal treasure, a Golden Claw returned to him.
It might be worth considering. She said yes, but did not commit. As she turned to leave, the store owner's sister spoke up.
Her brother objected at first, but agreed as long as she does not leave the village and just lead Orenji to the bridge crossing.
Her brother's concern of her safety is not unfounded though. Camilla should've known better not to accompany a stranger to the outskirts of your home village no matter how helpful she sounded. Skyrim is that kind of place.
Nobody saw a thing.
Orenji quickly stripped off her corpse and dumped it into the river before heading to the village's inn. It's been a long day.
Later that night, she dreams...
How ... interesting. A drink later, and the bartender whispers something about the Dark Brotherhood.
A ninja like herself felt a calling to the Brotherhood. She knows her goal now: Windhelm. It's time to leave this pissant village.
Borrowing the inn's alchemy set, she brewed several potions of her own.
She is stronger now.
Pulling out the map from the bandit, Orenji deduced the location of the treasure.
Not a bad haul. As she crosses the river, she notices a small camp just below the three Stones.
There is a man.
A soon-to-be-dead man.
It's killed or be killed.
Windhelm awaits.
