Will it have 3D or 2D graphics, though? I mean, I guess it shouldn't matter, but I'm just wondering.

Note: I know the perspective is 2D.

My assumption is that it will be sort of like Bastion, where the environment is 2D isometric and the characters are 3D models (as opposed to 2D sprites used in isometric games such as in Fallout and Diablo). My only worry is that if they do something like this, the game will look rather bland since your essentially looking at the ground for the entire game. Bastion dealt with this shortcoming of isometric graphics rather cleverly by making the ground an interesting thing to look at. Seeing the ground rise up and collapse around you as you progressed through a level made for great visuals, but it wouldn't really fit for a realistic post-apocalypse. That said, I doubt Bastion has found the only way to deal with isometric graphics's shortcomings, so we'll have to see if the art team for Wasteland 2 has something planned to make it work.

so now we all know why the new gamers don't like isometric view. You have to look at the ground.
I understand, when they started out with Halo they could see the sky too. It's really jarring and these Wasteland 2 people should know better.

I know I'm probably preaching to the choir here, and this has been said a million times already, but what I find most bizarre about the gay thing is that games with super-flamboyant gay characters and Bioware-style romances are praised by the gay community despite how simplistic and immature they are in the representation of sexuality/romance. I mean, I'm straight and I fucking hate the romances in Bioware games because they're basically shitty softcore porn. I'm not against gay characters in games. I'm against stereotypical and stupid characters in games, and I don't see why gay people seem to be fine with them.
