The Stem Bolt Monopoly :angryfist: can be found 137 KM to the south

Sorry, had a bad emotional crash a couple of days back.

Gone, since we didn't choose that option.

After the raiders. No self-respecting pirate would burn down a building if there is something of value left inside. And if they do, they deserve a slow and unusual death anyway. :salute:

Run into the burning building for potential loot left by the raiders. That sounds like a good plan!

You bastard you.

Yes. You. Alex Heartnet

You made this LP just to make me buy the game, didn't you?

Well, it worked. Bought it yesterday, and I've sunk 18 hours into it already, trying to unlock as much stuff as possible.

The game plops us straight back to the world map. I guess we do indeed have to chase

OH GOD THIS AGAIN :argh:

Well you guys want a fight so

Ladies and germs, may I present to you the Super Heavy Laser.

You aim it like so

BzXGHtU.png

And then tell your guys to dodge the exclamation marks from one of the enemy weapons

JhZfGnc.png

And then Zap! The bad guys get hit with a huge laser beam.

WSRJvc8.png

The laser beam lasts for a good while as well.

FR1we5Q.png

Best of all, you can move the laser while it is shooting!
FRcoTc9.png

OUoLuSG.png

Unfortunately, the laser runs out eventually. And it takes a really long time to recharge; you will generally only be able to use it once per battle.

also one of those raiders has a minelayer
FBdocWz.png

Not that it helps him.

Well, unless the game bugs out on me again :argh: then I guess we are raiding a convoy. No honor among thieves?

The Sonic Screw Convoy is 281 KM to the Northeast
The Stem Bolt Monopoly :argh: is 66 KM south
The Ethanol Chemist is 345 KM to the Northeast
If you guys really feel up to a boss battle, then the R998X chip is 78 KM to the South

We could also drive back to the camp 125KM north, but our fuel supply is finite and as long as we can avoid a second fight like that we should be able to manage an additional battle or two.

I'll abstain from voting, as having played so much myself, I feel like I would be spoiling the LP.

I'll just add that actually doing these combat encounters is a good way of getting more fuel. +M

I believe this is a classic "might as well at least talk to them before we shoot" situation?
W9thzKH.png

As far as I know, this is the only place to get a minigun. A shame one of those is not up for sale. :(

7HBjbNB.png

No, I don't think the game will give us all of those if we open fire right now.

I'll buy the railgun for 80 parts, please.

nEFFR2n.png

Yes, thank you thank you. Wait, what do you mean, "I cannot shoot you with it"? :(

tA0xEBE.png

Oh well. Let's scout first and block the escape routes. We don't want anyone telling on us.
