The 30 dollar tier has all the digital goodies that you'd want - if you want beta/dev forum access, I can certainly accommodate you on that. I'm willing to work with people personally on it.

    Hey all

Just a quick pop in to update any over here who weren't in the know - work on the game is in full swing, and things are cooking.

We've brought on several new background artists to help out, and they've been turning out some beautiful looking classic gaming-style artwork.

If you didn't get in on the Kickstarter, you can still donate to the project via PayPal and get the KS rewards. You can look into that more at our page, http://www.infamous-quest.com . There's a big button labeled "PAYPAL" that'll take you to another page that describes all the rewards you can still get and it has the link to donate.

Here's a little teaser pic of some of the new game art - this is by our artist, Jon Stoll. Jon's worked with Infamous Adventures for years in several capacities - he was actually the voice of the Narrator in our version of King's Quest III.

Hoping all is well out there for our friends at RPGCodex. Again, thanks for the support guys.

Ah - I must be losing my touch, or there's no way to edit posts - but the link in the above should be www.infamous-quests.com - I forgot the 's' apparently!

This looks so good it hurts. Not only referring to the game itself, but the artwork too. Game graphics peaked with late 2D in my opinion.

Thanks a lot guys. Really, this is the tip of the iceberg from these guys. It's really exciting - the artwork they're doing is just amazing. It's really bringing the game to life.

    Irxy,

Awesome! I hope you enjoy it - you know, there is a free demo available on our website. It gives you a little taste of the game. I've also been posting some teasers and sneak peaks over on our Facebook Page and on Twitter (@IA_Games)

I'll tell you, we're really working in a frenzy on this now. It's just amazing, all the work that the departments are doing on this. The art department has been just producing game art like madmen (and women). We were really able to attract a lot of great talent to come on board and work with us. The music that our composer, James, has been making is really awesome. One of these days, I'll throw a preview of some of that for you peeps here on the codex.

It's just been a really amazing experience to work on a game, and have a budget - even if it is much less than a large company would have, we're using the money to the max. We spent 10 years remaking games with no budget, so getting to work on something of our own is extremely exciting. I can't wait to release it, and be able to sell it to waiting gamers. I know our price point for the game will make it a pretty easy and attractive buy, too. I can promise you, it's going to be a load a game-play excitement wrapped in a classic retro package.

Nope! You can upgrade that still.

We should have that open for a couple more months - we'll be placing the orders for those materials after the new year, so you can still get in on it now.

Thanks. I noticed from this thread that the big box tier isn't mentioned. Should I inform you first before sending the money via Paypal?

No, not yet - I didn't know if I could or should put it up yet, while it's still in production. I would like to get this on Steam, and I have also talked with GoG.com about them carrying it too.

If you do get this to a point STEAM will accept it as a greenlight project let us know Blackthorne. Also happy to hear this might also be on GOG. :salute:

For those that backed this, on the KS site they sent out a survey needing your address and other info. Just FYI. Check your e-mails.

Blackthorne Dang, I can't believe I missed this! Downloading the demo right now as we speak. It sounds awesome to have a QFG type game where I can play as a villain! :)

How many classes in this game btw? Is there a secret class, like QFG's Paladin?
