what is a dynamic perspective? it's either perspective projection or parallel projection. there's nothing in between. in both projection types your camera (or point of view) can be dynamically changed.
I guess it is something you do with vectorize 2D map while rotating it in 3D using 2D rotation 4x4 matrix while sampling it in animated sprites, rendering it with your HDD controller. Simply something what always beats 3D which is pointless thingie created by The Illuminati bros.

This looks very pretty. Better than any 3d crap imhheo. I can't wait to play this I am so very excite. Also how do they do the light at the end? Do the image have specularity map or something lol look at me with my 3d art words.
