I collected all the Houses' voting rods and decided in favor of House Flam, since I'm a firm believer in the power of the allmighty drach.

Then I got the final quest from them; to negotiate a trade agreement with the Vangesh ambassador. The only problem is that I had already made friends with him before receiving this quest and now I can't get any other dialogue option from the ambassador other than drinking wine with him. Finally, I just ended up loading a previously saved game and supporting House Char instead.

That is an excellent find. I'm completely responsible for that bug and apologize.

It will be fixed. Thanks for your patience.

Also, the dialogue you get if giving the gems prior to getting the Flam quest should be fixed. As it is now, I got a message saying that the Vangesh ambassador might be willing to discuss the Flam trade agreement (or something like that), which meant absolutely nothing to me at the time since I hadn't even talked with a Flam representative.

Another case where you get to know more than you should is when discussing the [insert name here] root with the 'crazy' Ironwood sister (the root that puts people to sleep). You get a journal entry saying that you can use this to put the priest to sleep so he won't interfer with the temple bombing, regardless if you've received that quest from the Rebellion or not.
