Post CoD4 FPS Games That Have Good Shotguns

retarded enemies.

If you've actually played that game (not the campaign, the co-op levels), you'd know the enemies are anything but retarded.

barely noticeable recoil

The shotgun has an alternative fire mode (not shown in this video) that has a lot more "recoil" (by that I mean screen shake when you fire. Don't know what you mean by "recoil" when the shotgun is single shot. After every shot any professional shooter can adjust the aim so you can't expect your cross hair to go up).

the Syndicate game.

That game has a lot of problems but the one thing it did extremely right is the guns are extremely satisfying to fire. Your loss if you like good guns in your FPS but pass on this game.

Insurgency. Both fun to fire and still useful if the enemy is more than 5 feet away.

The shotguns in Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 are really good!

Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon had a glorious shotgun.
