How about you keep the buttons that are used the most? (Averaged on the same time scale)

Because button usage spread at a particular stage of the post-button era has a non-trivial relationship with the range of buttons available. Thus, you cannot compare two eras and button popularity because the options are different. Good god, man, have you never had to deal with button usage statistics before?

PC RPG Website of the Year, 2015 Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Interesting is redundant and covered by all the other buttons in some way. Informative should be changed to the brain since informative posts rly make u think.

salute and thanks are pretty much the same thing as well, along with fake news and agenda.

divide button usage by days in use to get an average.

Dislike, Disagree and NO are basically the same thing. One of them should be removed

'Dislike' should definitely go, but I see the need for 'NO'. It helps make the point a little more forcefully than 'Disagree'.

So drop :disagree: and keep .

I would 'Disagree' with your post, because I only mildly disagree with you. I don't find your post totally objectionable.

I would appreciate having 'NO' available for the posts which are really just plain wrong, but fall short of being 'Shit' or 'Retarded'.

DarkUnderlord I view this forum primarily as a medium for distributing news and asking & answering questions, so beyond the basic brofist, these are the buttons that are valuable to me.

For answering questions:

No
Yes (there is no Yes button, but if there's a No there should be)
It Is A Mystery

For news:

Citation Needed
Fake News
Old (for marking news that's already been posted)
Bad Spelling

It would be cool if we could select packages of buttons for different purposes.

Maybe a "Build Your Own Button Bar"? That way, the people who don't like them can stop complaining.

You forgot to add your precious "It Was Aliens" button (for marking conspiracy theory posts). :M

Button: What the fuck does this even mean?
Goldfist: What about this one?
Dislike: Already covered by "Disagree" and "Shit".
FAKE NEWS: Take your Trump memes elsewhere.
TL;DR: Pointless crap. "Informative" already covers it, as it could be understood as sarcasm.
No: Again, pointless. Covered by "Disagree" and "Shit", or "Decline".
Participation Award: More pointless garbage.
When words are not enough: Does "What the fuck am I reading?" ring any bells?
Useful: More pointless garbage.

I voted Goldfist only, so the only fisting done is prostituted paid fisting. Because real men prove their manliness with the size of their...wallets.

It doesn't work that way. You need the :obviously: for the prestigious goldfist while paying patrons get
