Another Risen 1 would be sufficient. Maybe the best to hope for.

Codex 2012 Serpent in the Staglands Dead State Divinity: Original Sin Project: Eternity Torment: Tides of Numenera Wasteland 2 A Beautifully Desolate Campaign Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
I liked Risen 2 more than Risen 1 to be honest.

Medieval setting? How fazdinating....

Risen 2? I liked treasure hunting (mostly because it's rarely used in videogames) other things were bad, bland&boring or wonky like shooting (oh my, shoot'n'jump with wooden animations is... ugh).

Not even a sad image? Only that concept art? Cmon...

Edit: Ok, we'll see when the magazine gets out.

Gothic 2 + NoTR are still the best thing Piranha ever made. But I really liked Risen 1 and even enjoyed Risen 2 after they patched it, it was nice pirate adventure.
That said, Piranha's games are extremely similar to one another - it kinda feels like they keep making the same game for 12 years running. I will probably get Risen 3, but I am not that enthused about it anymore.

Best treasure hunting in a PC game was in UO. Loot was good and it was often quite perilous.

So... can any of you ubermenschen translate? Funny how they just ditched the whole pirate thing. Anyway, when I finally got around to playing Risen 2 it wasn't as horrible as I thought but it was still woefully inferior to the first game. As a generic arpg it was okay... as a PB game it was horrendous. They gutted all the core features like factions, mutually exclusive character builds, etc.
