Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
I also dont recall any performance issues apart from loading times (initially). I might take a look at FPS if I load it up again

I'll take a look but I currently don't have PoE1 installed and I'm unsure if I have any saves left. Can anyone share their save so I can take a look?

So, yeah, I told you they aren't overleveled. They are even undergeared. You can console in whatever item or money you want, though, so that's not really a problem. What the problem is is that the difficulty fluctuates massively depending on what kind of party you have (from almost impossible with a caster party to snooze-fest with a melee-heavy one), I don't know how they can even balance this thing in this state, with classes having these immense power gaps and the system working so wildly different for them.

Turns out I had my old saves after all:

I have a i7-6700k and a gtx 1080.

After experimenting a bit I had 60fps while standing still but 54-56 while moving (past crowds). So while there was a frame rate drop it was fairly minor, although there probably should be none.

I'm more interested in why you have a gtx 1080 and an i7-6700k. No game worth playing requires such high-end hardware ;d

I'd wager a guess the fps drops people are claiming to have are less related to optimization, and more related to downloading too much porn and having enough bitcoin miners to feed and clothe a small city.

I'm not worried about performance at all, it wasn't what bothered me in the first game. The loading screens, on the other hand...as long as they have streaming inside interiors I'll be a happy camper. Going through 4 loading screens just because you had to deliver a quest to someone on a second floor of an inn was a nightmare.

You would honestly say this is normal? It's obviously playable, but I'd argue that on a PC that maxes TW3, Pillars has no business going below 60fps.

Yeah, just checked and I went from 100+ in one of the wilderness areas to 44~ standing still in the same location as in the screenshot. Everyone is right about the town(s) being fucked (despite having only a dozen people in them) and it doesn't seem like having a stronger CPU makes a notable difference at all.

Didn't check towns last time I made my claim which was a mistake considering how drastic the drop is

everyone whining about "you people that don't have framedrops won't show us screens" are you retarded? what do you want us to do? show a screenshot of an fps counter at 60? do you want us to show you a video capture of the game running at 60fps? I'm sure if someone did that people could easily claim "well, in that video it indeed doesn't drop but that doesn't mean the entire game is like that, nice cherry picking" so you want us to basically record and upload 40 hours of gameplay or stream it?

Not at all, a 15 seconds clip when you enter the White march with Ogres is enough. That is one of the "critical" areas.

15 seconds too much?

Btw, I am really impressed with what they did with the models, they don't look uncanny valley anymore or part of a different game. Cloaks clip through your feet if you are playing a female dwarf, though, but I suppose that will be fixed.

I always make my tank a female dwarf :p Maybe he'll think that's too stereotypical, so I might make my healer a female dwarf next time. I was thinking of trying a Paladin/Lifegiver healer.

why does sawyer make all these weird noises? is it a californian thing or justthis guy is a faggot?
It's the sound of Josh enjoying the cocksucking, that Grunker and Infinitron are giving it.

Thanks for sharing your professional opinion in such extraordinary field as oral sex between two males, but I think question from Efe was rhetoric and there no need for expertise to find an answer.

Also your nickname sounds very heretical and chaotic, so
