Recently Order of Battle guys released a new DLC campaign - Burma Road. So I grabbed Winter War because the region seemed right to the specific mechanics of the OoB engine. Ie terrain, supply and defense.

The original release had you choose either/or specialization on some mission. Now you earn 3 points per mission and chose one.
Like bought infantry getting 1 star experience from the get go or extra command points or cheaper reinforcements. We cant afford any specialization.

Difficulty Hard. Enemies have 12 strenght instead of 10. Max Difficulty is 13. Its rather doable but the secondary mission goals get significanlty harder. And I dont want to replay mission just to get some secondaries. Some of which are actually traps...

Real soviet gains on December 1939. We will come close to it. Tolvajari will be under siege though.

Nice LP.

Maybe improve readability a bit, different font colour choices?

And of course real men play Soviet in the Winter War. I still remember the Winter War scenario of Panzer General being ball-busting hard.

Molotov cocktails and flames in general were kinda dangerous for all tanks in the interwar period and most of WW2. Funnily enough, the Soviets tried to develop grilles against molotov cocktails from 1939.

Arguably the T-26 was one of the best tanks of its era: when it managed to get in a direct fight with its contemporaries during the Spanish Civil War (Italian tankettes like the CV-33 and the CV-35 and German Panzer Is) the results were often messy for the fascist tanks. Only the usual lack of support by infantry (be it Republican infantry or Soviet infantry) gave their enemies a chance.

More even, the T-26 has the peculiar honour of being the first tank to ram another one into submission: sure, throwing a CV33 into a ravine isn't much, but it's a first.

Yet, the usual: theoretical Soviet technical superiority offset by shitty planning, shitty training and a more determined opponent.
