The engine on Morrowind is pretty incredible compared to Oblivion and Skyrim, i can run even higher draw distance and the game did not crashed even once, Oblivion crashes every few mins in comparison

Surprisingly, Morrowind and Oblivion run on the same Gamebyro engine, heavily modified of course. Did you use MGE? I noticed Morrowind runs pretty well with it, but even vanilla runs pretty well too, especially on modern pcs. Compared to Oblivion it runs smooth as silk. I have a decent rig and Oblivion crashes A LOT, mostly when zoning. I've tried several fixes but nothing really worked, more like several band-aid fixes that didn't last. Both games crash on exit for me though.

Also thinks the draw distance shows how much Bethesda cared for world building in their game, compared to fallout 3 or new vegas where it's just empty flat land.

Morrowind looks like a masterpiece compared to those games and Oblivion.

Skyrim has good world building also
