saying that 25 out of 87 donating $25 or less in no way establishes your median as greater than thirty.
Technically it means there's a high probability it's over $30. As I suspected, the Watch has a lot of $50 - $100 payments (unless they had another 18 payments @ $30) where-as the Codex is made up of high numbers of low payments, with most going for the digital copy.
I'm aware, but technically correct is the best kind of correct.

Does guys who donated less than 25 be considered unworthy? Whats the problem of donating less? this is no charity, and nobody will go to heavan because they donated more than 1000$ to this campaing or kickstarter. It's donations, not charges. In fact, people donated 5$ to kickstarter and just received a thank you as a reward. So now we're worse than the watch because we donated less individually?

I know this "race" helped reach 20000$, but that would be so if it weren't guys donating the small amounts.

That's why i feel that "average" thing silly. Poor watcher member who donated less than 25.

To get this unworthy discussion to an end:
Myrthos informed me: Our exact median (without my doubling) is at 45$

I appreciate every coin for Larian - seeing some guys giving $ with a very small or no income got me started to give more, because they put me to shame.

 Yeah. He's getting tiresome. I really really hate that passive-aggressive tone that dominates most of the Watchers.
Man, just browse the Watch briefly. It's as if they had made being passive aggressive into an art form. It's just terrible. I almost feel manly here just due to our more direct and carefree culture because at least we're not collectively exuding forced politeness mixed with amounts of passive aggressiveness that would make even the most beta SA goon feel envy.

Angthoron, what date do Larian stop accepting PayPal¹? Is it still the 10th? If so, I'll end this now and put it through shortly.

¹Why they stop accepting money I don't know but anyhow.

I just shot a quick e-mail to Swen to double-check, but whatever the case, let's have a few hours more before you shut it down, if possible? We could post a final call here - people might've gotten their fat paychecks and might want to contribute still, like commie here.

I kinda suspect the "stopping to accept moneys" is not same as "we close the account now", but who knows. Hope Swen helps clarify this quickly.

Might up my pledge. All you bastards have knocked me out of the top 50, which is an arbitrary objective I've held since pledging. A poster is better than a t-shirt though.

You better not knock me out of top 50! You arses knocked me out of top 30 kicking and screaming, then out of top 40 leading me to wails and gnashing of my teeth. But you will not take away my top 50 spot! : x

Why? A T-Shirt is a great icebreaker at parties! All the girls will look bemused and make little jokes about you and shit. You probably will get a few 'do you play with your joystick?' questions to which you can prepare a witty riposte to.

Swen's sick. First time in ten years that I remember him staying HOME for being sick. I would end the campaign on Friday. We'll contact you with details.

That was to be expected really, a month of stress usually results in getting massively sick right after. Hopefully he recovers soon!

I've donated $60 and still no tag. Damn it, I want to be special and lord my badge over all the plebs.

Edit: Crap, I've a twin.
