I rarely watch any movies, but recently I tried to find films what I saw in my childhood. I liked both "Bad Taste" and "Dead Alive" when was kid (maybe that is a reason that my taste of humour is pretty morbid now), so I thinked "why not?" and watched "Meet the Feebles". Oh my, this stuff is awesome! Muppet show on the heavy drugs.
Theatrical troupe tries to find it's way on TV, so they vigorously train. On the background develops some love, sex and criminal plots. So, day of the live broadcast has coming...

Jackson was great until he became a faggot Tolkien filmer. Seen Visitor Q? That was also fine.

    Duly noted.

"I asked for a pennant, not a pedant!"
    "Eat lead, you man-stealing slut!"
Movie is a treasure trove of good quotes.

I thought of a wrong film wasn't that one, although I think Q was ok too. Try Liquid Sky instead. It was about invisible tiny aliens coming to earth looking for heroin. They land on a apartment of a drug dealer and her nymphomaniac fashion model lover and soon start to prefer the pheromones released during orgasm to heroin and the model's casual sex partners start to disappear.

Paul Bartel's films are bit of the same vein as Jackson's. Eating Raoul is the best one but I still fondly remember the muscle porn loving gay priest with a chained Jesus in his room from Private Parts.

If you want a suberb comedy film, then also take a look at Cruise of the Gods. The plot was about badly faring 80s hit apocalyptic science fiction TV serie actor that's so desperate that he has to go on a cruise for fans of the tv-series.

I think there's also a great black comedy drama about a german tranny table dancer and his brothers but I don't remember what it was called.
