And if the Password Recovery doesn't work (there was an error transitioning accounts during the upgrade), use the "contact us" link right down the bottom right of the forums and harass us about it. Include your account name and its e-mail address (or whatever parts of it you remember).

"This message is awaiting moderator approval": All new users must pass through our moderation queue before they will be able to post normally. Once you have passed the moderation period (think of it as a test), you will be able to post normally, just like all the other retards.

Saddest strategy gaming news of the day is that Paradox has officially pulled the plug on mod turned official project Magna Mundi.
    Ouch.

Will they approach things Bethesda-style? Release what they have and let the modders fix it?

I just wonder how buggy it had to be to make even Paradox complain about shitty code.

Dammit. Was looking forward to this.
Guess it's better to cancel it then to release a broken POS though.
Well it'll be CKII for me, for the time being then.

Yeah it seemed far too ambitious. I remember the dev(s) being here and telling all about it. Hmm. Maybe at least they can put some aspects of it into the base game as a fan mod.

I'm not surprised at all. I've followed the project for quite some time and Ubik has to have one of the biggest egos on the Internet. I have no doubt that he genuinely thinks his turd of a game is a masterpiece.

The great era of mods is over. It's time people learn about the basics of internal organization before taking on a major piece of software.

Vaporware is vaporware. What a surprise. You see why every time someone starts on about something that doesn't actually exist, I immediately call shenanigans?

Yes, but they wanted to make it into its own game. Turns out that this plan wound up being vaporware and they just faked everything and got busted by Pdx for it. Note the conspicuous failure to actually exist.

Yes, and I have an invisible pink unicorn in my garage. The only thing we've ever actually seen are obviously faked videos. We know this because, unless you believe in time travel, videos cannot be made of a thing that doesn't actually exist at the time the video is made. Ergo, the video is fake and there is no evidence that what is depicted actually exists.

Norfleet are you retarded? Paradox stated they had evaluated and rejected several release candidates of Magna Mundi. You might be able to fake something for the fans, but not for your publisher.

Obviously not. Why do you think the publisher failed to be convinced by the obvious fakery? They even want their money back. You would, too, if you were promised a thing, and merely got a fake thing.

I'm 99% sure paradox would have discovered it long ago if UV weren't coding an actual game.

That's a twist. Things are getting interesting and it would make his claims for a lawsuit reasonable (however it will be settled).

Reading a gamedevelopment contract would be really interesting for me now. Somebody knows if their is something like this available on the net as an example?

Yeah, they don't want to pay for the work but they still want the product. How Jew.

And I'm pretty sure this would have been said at any point that it was discovered. I guess their leash wasn't that tight, and the ruse has been finally been uncovered. I point to the continuing lack of actual game.
