We aren't in a canoe and I'm not sure what they mean by sun.

Who knows what the hell one means while three sounds like 'say goodbye to your ship'.

So, we must choose our betrayer then?

If we throw him overboard, Vyck could betray us in the future (though from our orders, we'll have to kill him anyway and even if we don't, he doesn't seem to like us much as it is and may betray us regardless).
If we give him to our hag, he'll be loyal - loyal to her. And she doesn't like us much either, for obvious reasons.
If we give him to the Druj...I think we've covered what happens when we give a druj what it wants, and how trustworthy they are.

1 - of the three, Vyck is the least threat, and this option is a kindness compared to the other two.

I think that at this point, after so many years, you have already given the Druj what it wants a hundred thousand times over. Getting slightly more damned at the end of your journey will make little difference.

And where did we get our Druj?

The update right before we met Kurze said:
The shrine is surrounded by troglodytes, looking no better in sunlight than they did in darkness. They seem to be intent on defacing it with their crude spears and clubs, though the glassy black stone of the statue seems impervious to it. It depicts a hooded man holding a sword, its hilt carved in the imitation of wings sweeping back. The face is androgynous and there are empty sockets in the place of eyes. Three times as tall as you are, it’s an impressive sight among these old woods.

the captain's log said:
He stands at the prow, looking down at the figurehead below. A statue carved out of what looks like obsidian, depicting a hooded figure with empty eye sockets, the hands clasped as if holding something that is no longer there.

the post-cataclysm update said:
We chased down the remaining Druj ourselves. We did not dare ask the Ashguard for help. We hunted down what Kurze called up. We found the one who wove my curse graven within the stone. We came to terms. We were allowed rest.

Also, 2.
