steve.jpg
Lee Kuan Yew be praised! There's actually something worthwhile in these boxes.
difen.jpg
Why can't they just put it all in one box or some shit?
47.jpg
It's the EXP lah.
difen.jpg
Lockpicking EXP is a necessity now? Fuck me! I want to Hard Ass some human enemies then.
rk.jpg
Yeah, the absence of conversation skill usage for long stretches of time is pretty baffling. It leaves me questioning the merit of investing so much on diplomacy.
47.jpg
And then they caught you off guard with a hard check 2 hours later.
steve.jpg
Exactly.
difen.jpg
Bad design man. Convo skill should be usable in combat IMO. Taunt, Beg etc. Lower aggro.
47.jpg
 Aggro in Wasteland eh? Let's not open that can of spam yet.
rose.jpg
Are they always like this?
angel.jpg
Trust me, you're lucky they didn't refuse to move on after an hour. Sometimes he just stops and said he wants to pretend a rape fantasy in a classic role playing game for a moment to vent his frustrations. 'Sky ream', or something.
rose.jpg
What a group of sad individuals.

Minutes later, after the unboxing...

02.jpg

rk.jpg
Another job well done.
03.jpg

rose.jpg
Oh! It's Doc Larsen's assistant! Hang on, we're coming!
rk.jpg
Wait! Rose!
04.jpg

steve.jpg
Meh, just a bunch of flies. Let's stay still and let them come to us.
WL2%202014-09-30%2022-41-26-14.jpg

rk.jpg
Yo! Rose, where are you going?!
05.jpg

difen.jpg
Fucking bitch won't stay in formation.

Thankfully, it was an easy combat encounter. I think the best weapon you should give to this kind of NPC is a sniper rifle so she wouldn't waste all that movement just to get close and take hits for nothing.

A few dead critters later...

06.jpg

rk.jpg
There are still some bad guys about, but we've cleared a path to the control room. Try to make it to the barn.
ryan.jpg
Thank you. You must find Dr. Larsen. I saw him heading into the worst part of the orchard to help the men close the irrigation valve.
steve.jpg
How did it all start anyway?
ryan.jpg
I didn't notice it until Doc Larsen came running up from the caves. He told me to stay in the infirmary, but I ran out to look for Rachel, my... my friend. Have you seen her? I couldn't find her. And then I got chased in here.
rk.jpg
I'm sorry, Ryan, she didn't make it. She got turned into one of those things.
WL2%202014-09-30%2022-43-42-13.jpg

rk.jpg
Everything's gonna be fine, Ryan. Just give us a little bit more time.
47.jpg
He's gone.
steve.jpg
Eh, must've been too sudden for him. Could've soften the blow a bit, chief.
difen.jpg
What good would that do?
47.jpg
I still wonder if we could've saved Rachel.
rk.jpg
No point in dwelling about it. Let's go.

Leveled up RK to Lance Corp. (Lv 5) and decided to hit the Leadership skill again.

07.jpg

Doing this reduces Rose's chance of going rogue to 0%

I can hear cows.
steve.jpg
And some grunts of pain. Something's killing the cows!
11.jpg

difen.jpg
I don't get it - how come the cows didn't get mutated?
steve.jpg
Video game logic, man.
rk.jpg
There won't be any cows left if we don't stop those giant bunnies! Lock and load!
12.jpg

A few gunshots and dead rabbits later...

13.jpg

steve.jpg
Sweet, another souvenir.
rk.jpg
I think I'll go make some friends.
14.jpg

difen.jpg
I can never understand the appeal of Animal Whispering skill. They don't even fight.
15.jpg

steve.jpg
At least it gives EXP.
rk.jpg
Wow guys!
47.jpg
What? What happened? Got milk?
16.jpg

rk.jpg
I gained a stat bonus!
difen.jpg
From befriending a cow?
rk.jpg
Well...
47.jpg
If you wanna power-game this is it. Pass me that shiba-inu toy and let me tame the living cows too.
steve.jpg
 This is just too far out, man. Fucking hilarious.
difen.jpg
Look what I found. More shit.
17.jpg

steve.jpg
Someone will buy that for a dollar.
47.jpg
Oh man, this one's trapped.
18.jpg

rk.jpg
A pile of shit is trapped? What for?
47.jpg
Well, well, well...
steve.jpg
What? Did you find something good?
47.jpg
Yeah. Five times worth of shit.
19.jpg

difen.jpg
Fargo's too smart for me.
20.jpg

steve.jpg
No pigs made it. :(
47.jpg
Now we'll never know what bonus tamed bacons give.
steve.jpg
Well, well, looky here... a safe in the middle of nowhere.
21.jpg

rk.jpg
Again?
47.jpg
He's got a point - there's just too damn many safes for a goddamn farming center.
difen.jpg
I love how it's placed next to the pig pen and animal shit piles. Like it's some kind of important shit.
rk.jpg
What's in there?
22.jpg

steve.jpg
Shotgun shells, 5.56, Energy cell, and a spiked collar...
rk.jpg
Meh.
47.jpg
+1 CHA -1 Kiss Ass.
steve.jpg
I'll take 'em. CHA gives bonus EXP lah!
23.jpg

difen.jpg
*facepalms*
rose.jpg
We're coming close to the Irrigation Systems... oh my goodness!
24.jpg

rk.jpg
So much blood... He's dead.
steve.jpg
Yeah. He's way gone.
47.jpg
Chief, something's weird. Those wounds...
25.jpg

rose.jpg
...are gunshot wounds.
rk.jpg
Who shot him?
difen.jpg
Don't look now guys, but the blood could be hiding a message here...
steve.jpg
'Donl2 Tmt'
rk.jpg
Any clue?
difen.jpg
It's totally unreadable. Not even Rose's 10 IQ can decipher it.
steve.jpg
He's right. It's impossible. Probably a red herring.
rk.jpg
Alright. Let's head in. Whoever did this might still be inside.

47.jpg
Boss, something's not right here.
rk.jpg
What is it?
47.jpg
See that pool of blood he's sitting on? That's too much blood. He shouldn't be conscious.
steve.jpg
Something's fishy.
difen.jpg
Maybe the blood isn't just his own? What about the dead people? There's at least four of them.
47.jpg
I was just getting to that - they weren't stung to death.
steve.jpg
Oh my god. ALL of them died by gunshot wounds?!
difen.jpg
Those giant flies fired bullets at them?!
47.jpg
Exactly!
steve.jpg
But why aren't we shot at?
difen.jpg
It is a mystary, dude.
rk.jpg
They must've run out of bullets when we came in.
47.jpg
And that's not all, there's traces of damage on the valve wheel. Someone's been trying to saw it with a hacksaw.
rk.jpg
Must've been the bunnies. They ran when we arrive.
rose.jpg
Stop wasting your time and help him already!
01.jpg

dr.jpg
You are Rangers, aren't you? Of course you are, I'd recognize those stars anywhere. Then please... talk to me before you try to turn off the valve. There are steps... you must take...
47.jpg
Doctor Larsen, these people... they died from gunshot wounds, not animal attacks. How?
dr.jpg
You noticed those didn't you? Well, I can explain.
difen.jpg
This is gonna be good.
02.jpg

rk.jpg
:hmmm:
steve.jpg
:shunthenonbeliever:
difen.jpg

:updatedmytxt:

Why are you doing this?
dr.jpg
Because I knew it would bring the Rangers, and then I could destroy them!
steve.jpg
MUA-HA-HA-HA. There I just finished the sentence for you.
dr.jpg
Eh? Why are you all not surprised?
rk.jpg
:nocountryforshitposters:
difen.jpg
We feel insulted by this fucking deception and quality of writing afforded. I'm ready to smash your nostalgia-stained glasses and make you eat my blade of nitpicking, fucker.

dr.jpg
ENOUGH!

That's some Fallout 3 level writing. hiver was right.

I'm lowering my expectations more and more.
Hiver quote:
AG Center

The most uninspired, overlong, boring, linear, uninspired location in the current game. Designed by you know who, MC of A.
(Not really since he only came up with the general shape of it and maybe some character types which he didnt even write but, thats how its widely known)

A huge location - dungeon, dwarfing even some parts of Athkatla taken all together, its fit for a whole RPG city.
At first sight, it has all the ingredients for it too. Huge underground chambers and levels, some sort of a plot about intentional sabotage, some hints of other forces behind it all... clues into the future gameplay content.

And yet it doesnt present or actually have any of it.

It is excruciatingly boring by itself. Your whole task and gameplay you perform is to go into each and every section, clean them of any enemies which are ridiculously weak and simplistic.
Not even level 1 party would have any trouble with those. And flip all the switches. If there is some more complicated switch - you always, always have two or three other ways to do it. EASILY.

The main villain plot dissolves in a few quick moves with the scene with dr. Larsen - the laughably stupid villain - of which you all heard enough.
If not, you will NOW.

Its still completely the same to the point of him misdirecting you in the dialogue, but then - when you try to leave - he suddenly goes, "Nope! Im going to attack you five or six heavily armed rangers with my pee shooter - from a pool of blood! pew! pew!"

While all he serves for is to SHOUT how he wanted to LURE THE RANGERS IN SO HE CAN KILL THEM! As if he lured a whole citadel... - as if that would really serve his goal.
Lying like that in a pool of blood with his little pistol, like a pathetic brain-damaged cretin that he is.

And then at the end he explodes in a strange way – presumably to give you hint that something aint right. Of course it may be its just weird because his body doesn't actually explode and the effects of the explosion that still happens were wrongly chosen. I wouldn't know.
I cant even guess.

What was that shit? How can someone explode like that and deal no damage to anyone near it?!
47.jpg
I know man, I know. I was next to you, remember?
difen.jpg
And we're not even fucking dirty. For fuck's sake!
rk.jpg
Shut up with the nitpicking already!
steve.jpg
I'd love to, chief. But between the spam of boxes, trash combat, and now this? Seriously? All that build up and all we got is a Scooby Doo villain. With a few dozen gunshots.
difen.jpg
DA:O had better blood splatter.
rk.jpg
Fine, fuckers. Inqui-fucking-sition is this Xmas LP, okay?! Happy now?!
steve.jpg
Sheee-it.
47.jpg
Pre-order or gtfo.
difen.jpg
Whatever. Loot this douchebag already.
angel.jpg
Goddamit, it's like one of those things that killed Ace...A Synthetic!
47.jpg
Are you saying we should be worried of future infiltration like these?
steve.jpg
I gotta say, maybe another scraphead is behind Highpool as well.
47.jpg
What a tweeest.
difen.jpg
If it's as stupid as this one, it won't be a fucking problem.
rk.jpg
Enough nitpicking already. Let's go.
03.jpg

47.jpg
Sweet gun, I'll take it.
rk.jpg
Shut that valve.
04.jpg

47.jpg
Done!
rk.jpg
Time to level up. *Takes out radio*
05.jpg

47.jpg
Alright, time to make use of these sniper rounds... I'm taking sniping.
rk.jpg
You sure that'll help us out? You're our combat medic, after all.
47.jpg
I'm bored, man. Gimme something new to shoot.
steve.jpg
Fine fine.
06.jpg

There's one small case here that I can't seem to interact with. Not sure what.

07.jpg

Maybe it's not important, or I'm just nitpicking.
Later, outside...

08.jpg

steve.jpg
 It really worked! Passing your shiba-inu toy lets me tame a cow! And I got a coordination bonus!
47.jpg
Fuck, let me do it too!
09.jpg

difen.jpg
You suck, man.
10.jpg

rk.jpg
Sigh. Can we stop wasting time already?
steve.jpg
It's a good thing we can't stealth in this game.
47.jpg
Why's that?
difen.jpg
Look behind you, 3 single-headed cows.
13.jpg

47.jpg
 Oh, Fargo.
14.jpg

difen.jpg
Piece of shit.
47.jpg
GENTLEMEN! PREPARE YOURSELVES!
15.jpg

rk.jpg
Sigh. Where's an autist medication when you need one...
steve.jpg
Speaking of that, where are the drugs man?
rk.jpg
I dunno, I've spoken with the rest, they claim there's some further into the campaign.
steve.jpg
Oooh, cool.

Later, we stumbled into fresh spawns in the field we already cleared. Cause god knows why trash combat appears right after a boss fight ended..

16.jpg

It requires deep tactical thinking to resolve this encounter...

You playing on easy? Pod people having only 32hp? Or is that because you chose to save Ag Center, instead of Highpool? IIRC, the podpeople had 70 hp or thereabouts in my game.

Seems like the vines on this side of the field is weak enough that every trapped townspeople can free themselves.
steve.jpg
Fuck man, we missed out on free EXP from these guys.
difen.jpg
You ain't missing shit, it's only Angela's outdoors skill or Rose's surgical precision that can cut 'em off remember?
steve.jpg
Good point. But I kinda felt cheated anyhow.
rk.jpg
Rose, what's wrong? You look worried?
02.jpg

rk.jpg
Huh? A what now?
rose.jpg
The seeds! I suspected something is wrong but these pigeons were eating the mutated seeds that I've developed! I didn't authorize this!
rk.jpg
Who fed the pigeons?
03.jpg

rk.jpg
Right. Let's move.

We find a shrine that gives +1 Skill Point

04.jpg

Is this a backed thing? I have no idea why they can't fashion a scarescrow. It's baffling.
Moving on, Difen finally breaks his leg on a critical failure.

05.jpg

difen.jpg
Fuck.
steve.jpg
Ow. That looks painful, man.
47.jpg
Come here a sec, lemme fix it up.
difen.jpg
No, gimme 5 minutes, my Chi will realign my metatarsal.
06.jpg

steve.jpg
 What a game. So realistic.
47.jpg
Tell that to David Beckham.
angel.jpg
Step aside, nerds.

Oh shi-

Might wanna look away...
steve.jpg
Too late.
difen.jpg

47.jpg
Chill, I'll just disarm this box and...
10.jpg

11.jpg

difen.jpg
Fuck this game.

We return back to the underground complex and take on the western tunnels.

12.jpg

Like the Eastern tunnels, it's filled with toxic fumes, but they're only mildly poisoning.

rk.jpg
Angela, same thing. Lead the way.

A quick round took out the vines keeping this door shut.

13.jpg

14.jpg

angel.jpg
I'm moving on.
rk.jpg
Keep it up.
15.jpg

16.jpg

angel.jpg
I don't see a way forward there's a broken down machine up ahead, but the wall to the left is weak...
rk.jpg
Smash it.

Shit. Pod scums!

Possibly? Lemme check.

EDIT: Oh yes it does seem I just cleared AG Center of Rookie.
Didn't think it would stay on 'Rookie' when I chose to start a new game.

Why do they want to keep'em cool?
47.jpg
Why are you thinking so hard on the writing?
rk.jpg
Probably to slow down the rate of infection.
02.jpg

rk.jpg
C'mon let's move. We've got one more system to shut down.
03.jpg

04.jpg

steve.jpg
That is a pretty blunt hint right there.
difen.jpg
Yeah man. Totally don't destroy shit. There are other option. Huh, huh. Huh, huh. So deep.
rk.jpg
Enough of the snarky comments already, we're playing on Rookie for fuck's sake.
difen.jpg
Turn it up to Seasoned then, see if it gets better in Highpool.
rk.jpg
Fine I will!
05.jpg

steve.jpg
Upon leaving the constraints of yet another barn we are greeted with the sight of bad-assery that is un-achievable in combat ever.
06.jpg

difen.jpg
In-engine badassery is so bullshit.
07.jpg

difen.jpg
Can we just skip him, I'm so bored of dealing with the meaningless NPC yada yada 'when does this madness start' yada yada
08.jpg

rk.jpg
Fine, fine. We talked to the melon farmer about some random shit, and he in turn decides to tail us for a bit to kill a bunch of rabbits which we will later kill off-screen.
09.jpg

difen.jpg
We don't care, Rose. Not a single fuck was given.
10.jpg

rose.jpg
This is Sue's house. We should get some answers here.
11.jpg

rk.jpg
Shit.
13.jpg

difen.jpg
Bitch! You're the one with surgeon skill! Why are you whining to us for help!?
steve.jpg
12.jpg

rose.jpg
All better now?
14.jpg

15.jpg

Sue tried to dodge the question, but Rose's presence was enough to get him to talk. Turns out the boy had commie aspirations in spreading the 'fruits of research' from Ag Center to the rest of the wastelands.

WL2%202014-10-01%2021-41-55-50.jpg

The boy instantly regretted his actions when Rose mentioned that the seeds are in fact capable of mutating the plants as well. Panicking, he quickly drew out the locations of where he has sent the pigeons for us to intercept.

16.jpg

steve.jpg
Whoa, whoa, whoa, hang on a second there - don't miss out on the stupid details yo for our readers.
rk.jpg
Like what?
steve.jpg
Tell them how he intends to spread the seed using pigeons, RK.
rk.jpg
Sigh. Sue planned to spread the seed by...
difen.jpg
Feeding the pigeons with seeds and then letting them shit it out once it reaches its destination.
47.jpg
 I got nuttin' man. This is ...this it just too effed up. Unless Sue trained his birds to shit at the perch, we're shit out of luck....
rk.jpg
Sigh. We'll look into it, Sue.
17.jpg

18.jpg

Difen fucked his leg again, this time a fractured fibula. But it doesn't matter.

19.jpg

We found a flow regulator in the barn.

20.jpg

difen.jpg
Wow, so by gating this shit behind a barn door, it's something like an 'option' to retrieve?
rk.jpg
Well. We'll see if there's another option to fix it.
47.jpg
Yo, hang on, I saw a grave there.
21.jpg

rk.jpg
'Here lies Harry the Bunny Master, reposing with rabbits'?
47.jpg
I dunno? Wasteland 1 lore or some shit?
difen.jpg
Just dig lah.
22.jpg

rk.jpg
Oh look, an irregular looking ax...
difen.jpg
Sweet. Gimme! Unless Ax is a blunt weapon...
47.jpg
Huh.. it's not even a weapon.
23.jpg

difen.jpg
Fuck! FUCK THIS GAME.
24.jpg

26.jpg

rk.jpg
Rose, you say that...
steve.jpg
But I'm not even qualified to fix it. :(
rose.jpg
There, there... I'll do it for you.
27.jpg

28.jpg

rk.jpg
So this flow regulator is now just scrap.
difen.jpg
I wonder if you gotta fix this place if we went to Highpool first..
steve.jpg
We'll never know. Cause I sure as hell won't replay this game.
47.jpg
Yeah, me too. I don't care for anything so far. Such a shame.

Tried turning up difficulty, but the HP won't increase.
And the AI is still dumb as bricks.

I'm not sure if the seasoned difficulty will start when you load a new map or something, we'll see how Highpool is.
If not, no big loss. Not like I'm enjoying myself in the combat.

Boss, about that transmission in the cave.
rk.jpg
Don't think about it.
difen.jpg
That's probably to signal us that Highpool is out.
rk.jpg
We'll make them pay for that shit.
47.jpg
Think the tower is up when we get there?
angel.jpg
Probably not. They're pretty thorough.

Later...

10.jpg

rk.jpg
I already have them, here.
kat.jpg
Thank God. You're just in time!
11.jpg

12.jpg

rk.jpg
Phew. That's good to hear.
matt.jpg
Thank you, Rangers.
13.jpg

kat.jpg
If anyone of you got blasted by a pod then spreading the cure through the complex will get enough medicine in your system to clear you up.
rk.jpg
How do we do that?
kat.jpg
Add a single dose of the serum to the nutrient reservoir tanks in the East Greenhouse, just down the hall from here.
steve.jpg
And that'll cure us?
kat.jpg
Yes, what do you say?
steve.jpg
This is a tough choice, bros.
47.jpg
Yeah, do it - we live. Don't do it, we all die.
difen.jpg
We can take the cure and just ingest it ourselves. Become assholes.
rk.jpg
Why would anyone want to do that?

Ask Fargo. I'm just a gamer.

Kathy, we'll do it.

Even the game is making fun of us. Jeez.

We run across a bunch of survivors. One of them is Ryan, whose girl, Rachel blew up on this spot.

15.jpg

We don't have enough smart ass to cheer him up. So we tell him, we don't know what else he could do now. And off he goes. Choices and consequences. Totally.

The vines are now weak enough to be torn down by normal attacks.

This is such a silly choice to make, I don't even. Can't even sell the serum for cash.
The only motivation for evil is just 'being an asshole'
I hate to say it, but hiver's analysis of Ag Center is 100% correct.
Aside from my incorrect assumption of 'Easy Combat' that I didn't realize we're on Rookie by default on second run after the trial first.

Had the combat been a little harder - I would've been forced to just find a choke point and slowly let Angela tank the whole thing by herself in melee, or by the doorway
It's not really that exciting of a prospect to be honest. We'll see what happens in Highpool.
I hope the writing improves. Quite a missed opportunity. Ag Center had that 'sinister feel' only to be let down by a poor climax and lack of faith in 'player's observation' skills.

And that's that. Infection's gone.

Thanks, Matt. How about a trade?
matt.jpg
Show me what you got.

And another thing: Barter is essentially useless.

22.jpg

I mean, look at the amount of junk you loot. It's insane. There's no sense of scarcity at all.
It's a little nitpicky, but I guess making default selling price lower and having Barter in convo is a good start. Replace one of the convo skill with that maybe? Anyways, we punch the code into Matt's safe and loot his safe.

Yet another M2. I found no less than 4 in this complex alone. Sigh.
And other kinda worthless junk.
Let's settle this place already.

25.jpg

rk.jpg
Yeah, get to it.
26.jpg

27.jpg

rk.jpg
Is it working?
steve.jpg
Should be.
28.jpg

rk.jpg
Affirmative.

What the hell is this?

God's mercy is in the bullets of our guns, brothers and sisters. It is in the tips of our bayonets! It is in the death of every sinner who is too blind to turn to the light. Every time we end a life in this God forsaken world, we end misery and bring peace. So I say unto you friends, praise the Lord and--
radio.jpg
Dammit, Woodson! I did not want that to go out over the air! I--
rk.jpg
General, what was that?
radio.jpg
Sorry about that, Echo One. Uh, good job. You're halfway there. Please proceed to Highpool ASAP. We're still getting SOS calls from that location. Again, deal with the emergency first, the radio tower second. Copy?
rk.jpg
We copy.
angel.jpg
Let's go. Let's make those raiders pay.
difen.jpg
Hope it's more fun than this place.
steve.jpg
Let's take a break and play New Vegas guys.

Cool. Let's try Project Nevada.:M

Difficulty increases dmg, not hp. On highest frog in cave does up to 60 damage per hit for example.
Although it might modify Armor too.

Weaponsmith - a little skill that I find useful, but not entirely a must.
Angela starts with 2 Weaponsmith and that's plenty enough to attach most mods successfully.
But there's another use for weaponsmith - stripping weapons for parts.
I didn't notice this at first , cause I skipped tutorial but to 'strip' a weapon, one simply examines the weapon and select the option to do so.

01.jpg

02.jpg

From personal experience there's dozens of random guns spawned in dozens of lockboxes.
This is a good way of getting rid of them imo. Better guns have higher chances of giving mods. While a cheap gun like M2 doesn't even give anything useful when stripped.

03.jpg

Failure when stripping a weapon would also result in this. It's basically scrap metal.
Try stripping M1s and you get a shot at a Sturdy Mag or Underbarrel Flashlight (if that makes any fucking sense lol)

04.jpg

I guess if you wanna reduce the chance of getting junk, increase the weaponsmith skills.

05.jpg

Jackpot. And that's that for weaponsmith skill review.

Manager's Log.
Date: I dunno
Time: There is no night and day cycle
-------------------------------------------------------
Morale is low. Highpool's apparent fall to the Wreckers has hit the team hard.
In order to raise morale, I've decided to reroute Echo team to take on the infected threat that's started in Ag Center.

06.jpg

Sue, the one responsible for this mishap, has handed over three sets of coordinates of possible ground zeroes.
Little did I know that sending Echo Team into this engagement will prove to be a mistake.

11.jpg

We arrived too late to prevent the infection from spreading. 47 sighed in defeat, Steve mocks the tyranny of choices, while Shi Difen is flipping the fuck out. Attempts to pacify him with autistic medications has failed. He threatened to shoot Angela Deth just to see 'choices and consequences' from boring him to death.

12.jpg

The battle itself was a straight-forward affair. Despite hearing remarks from the Codex of the need for 'tactical considerations' and 'controlled application of ambushes' we did not really put much thought about it.

While the new infecteds were proving doubly resilient, we were not even troubled since what they made up in bulk, they have lost in speed.

13.jpg

We halfheartedly backpedaled while firing, drawing an incredulous remarks from Steve.

steve.jpg
This is just like Sawyer's Masterpiece, the Backpedaling Courier of New Vegas.

A rather accurate one I must say. The infecteds never came within touching distance, Team Echo merely fired a shot and backpedaled a few meters or so. That was all it took.

14.jpg

The only way we could've lost this is if we forgot to move after firing. Which is nearly impossible, if it wasn't for Rose going herpa-derp at random times. You'd think a superior intellect would display some kind of tactical brilliance in the midst of combat... Hmph.

But out of the three, Shi Difen was the one who got bored the most. So bored was he that he broke formation and engage an infected himself. We watched him kite a single foe with a trusty shotgun, shredding the creature's skin to pieces till it bled.

15.jpg

He simply walked away as the fetid liquid trickled slowly from the Infected, guaranteeing its death.
"Why even shoot more?," he asked.
He's got a point.

16.jpg

With a loud 'fuck this game!' he squeezed the trigger, patience finally running out with this bullshit.
The small village was saved.

17.jpg

But tempers were running high.
Not even loot was greeted with cheers.

18.jpg

It's almost there's no more meaning in doing this anymore.

I don't know how long Team Echo will last. But I can tell they're on the edge.
There's no more purpose in this team, it's just a matter of time.
Like my ex-boss used to say, 'Time to think like a manager.'
