Dungeon crawling in P3 drags and is less varied.
I'm only on floor 50 of the tower though.
I'd love a PC port but Japs hate evil Gajin PCs. They should get rid of most of the dungeon crawling imo and focus more on the charter interaction and development. Make social links harder to max out and more varied.
Give the days where you just have to spend time with them something. Also make leveling up your social skills fun. And have a main character who isn't a pussy (although P3's main character seems slightly better in that regard so far)
I probably wouldn't like the Persona series if I didn't play it on an emulator and got a xp cheat to be honest.

So I'm guessing that "TV show" thing doesn't appear on the Midnight Channel until after the person enters the TV.
Teddie said before that it might be the victim's own creation upon entering that world.
I didn't understand at all at first, but now I feel it may be true.
The one that appears on TV is your other self... Maybe the victim's true feelings are shown unconsciously.
But... We see them on the Midnight Channel before they disappear.
You know, when it's still really fuzzy and you can't tell who it is. How do you explain that part?
Yeah... It always happens before the person disappears, like an advance notice...
Or like a ransom note. but who are they announcing it to? And for what?
I dunno, ask te killer. there's a bunch of stuff I still don't understand.

That's a plausible idea... Perhaps the TV shows what's on the minds of the people of Inaba, which just so happens to coincide with Yamano, Saki, Yukiko, Kanji and Rise's premiers on TV... Assuming the object of their focus must also be alive and in Inaba.

Why do I keep doing that stuff?
On a serious note, the following videos were taken via fraps on Windows, so expect some quality renders (whoo! no depth artifacts!).
Unfortunately fraps misbehaved a bit, it corrupted the footage I took for Level 2 and some of that I took for the final Boss fight, plus it has this habit of nearly freezing PCSX2 - you'll notice this happening quite a bit later on.
I really don't feel like going through all that again, so just bear with it.
As for the videos.
Do pardon my many mistakes, I'm rather rusty, and with both the frame limiter off and limited drive space... I'm a bit under pressure to respond quickly.
I'm not sure I'd make it through the dungeons with my sanity intact without a turbo mode...
So sit back, relax, TURN DOWN THE VOLUME (no really, you want to lower it by about 25%), turn on annotations if you want some commentary and enjoy the show...

It has some other noticeable symptoms. For example you'll notice that when things slow down or nearly freeze (thanks fraps!) the sound keeps playing at normal speed everytime is does eke out an update, rather than maintaining a note over that period.
I started using Async with Jak Ii since the timestretched audio was getting on my nerves and with cutscenes this actually acted as working frame-skipping!
Games that synthesize their BGM on the go (eg, 'Jak and Daxter' and 'Dark Cloud') can exhibit some strange symptoms too when the speeds are above or below - I can record a video to demonstrate: it's a pretty cool effect.

Well, must admit I watched the vids of the boss battles, so I kinda liked those. But in general I prefer screenshot based LPs. This coupled with the difficulty FRAPS seems to be giving you when you try to make the videos urges me to suggest you keep it to screenshots.
