She doesn't say exactly those words, the dialog is pretty well done in the way she admits she wants the player while keeping all the bossy, master & servant stuff. Can't recall all the details, been a long time...

For the first incident to be a revenge plot, Mayumi-san would need to have a very zealous fan club. Considering that there is no such thing and that Namatame has a solid alibi for the first two incidents, this is probably not a revenge plot.
