Ok, so I'm going to post videos of my missions.

The videos start at the point where I have conquered Europe and I start conquering Asia while some European countries rebel.

https://archive.org/details/DigitalSlaughter-Syndicate_001

Between these two videos I made the Siberia mission but failed to record it due to "technical problems".

https://archive.org/details/DigitalSlaughter-Syndicate_002

Both are the Central European mission due to my tyrannical taxes.

The archive videos need to be downloaded in the Cinepack format as there's no possibility of choosing video quality in the on-site player.

To clarify, "cinepack" is ordinary .avi. It's just how the link to .avi files are called on the Archive for some reason.

"Oh, I'm here on the map. Why the music changed to combat one?"

1. <Air bombarding starts>
2. <40 agents starts shooting you>
3.<the person who you need to persuade is killed>

:rage:

I'll need to finally play and finish Syndicate Wars.

I wonder if it would be possible to win with a liberal use of lasers and gauss weapons.

I think that some mission can be finished like that. Laser is very accurate, but it has little kill ratio compared to gauss gun. The latter one fired in the big group of agents can make a real mess. Some of them self destroy making even more carnage. They will leave some weapons too, which is very helpful. The priority is of course speed, you need to learn the map, and know where to expect the danger. I might try to beat it this time, and add some pictures/videos in your LP :).

Just tried the American Revolt. Ugh. It's based on repetition of missions :/ . It's more like a sadistic shooter than a reasonable tactical game.

I got as far in American Revolt that I had 2 missions left. The Atlantic Accelerator in American Revolt is doable, but you have to time your movements and attacks with uncanny precision.

To date I've only heard of one guy who completed American Revolt. The "escort" mission where you're supposed to bring one guy to safety while facing armies of enemy agents is by far the toughest mission in American Revolt.
