Scanning for Life Forms

The Valley of the Faithful, another Believer base, the closest to the United Nations on Planet. For decades they have made no contact with the Peacekeepers. UNATCO operatives are on the way to assess their threat and protect border bases against possible terrorists and spies.

The mindworm attacks slowed down to the average again. Because of a fanatical belief in this as their "promised land", the Believers suffer a lot more from these attacks, leading to an unproven theory that these horrific creatures are some kind natural defense of this Planet against environmental destruction, although that is obviously wrong, because they attack even completely green settlements, making it evident there is more to their purpose than merely that.

In search of an optimal position for a new base, UNATCO operatives on an unusual scout Op locate a valuable unity rover.

Despite lacking command centers, the superior weapons technology of the Peacekeepers put them in a major advantage against the Believers, whose demise no seems quite clear.

The losses however are starting to become heavy and not all UNATCO operatives manage to successfully evade conventional forces.

This other base is ripe for liberation as well.

The results of such infestation are predictable, the unity rover unity is found doing mortal and unspeakable acts. None survived.

The Great Refuge is seriously endangered with the massive hordes of mindworms to the north, and all precautions are taken to ensure no horrors shall be inflicted upon the civilian population.

The fanaticism of the Believers does them no good in defense.

1)Keep crushing them until they agree to a peace where each will retain the bases they already control.

2) Keep crushing them until they surrender unconditionally and kneel before Democracy and human rights.
