We'll see...
Armageddon. Chapter 1, Act 1 - Obliterated Ruins
Thanks to his inhuman agility, Cornelius is able to avoid Darkova's fangs:
Corn tries to question Hivemind's choice:
This is Darkova...
The big furry attacks the small furry using his Hyper Claws, but Corn parries:
And dodges another attack using his l33t rabbit moves:
This doesn't look good, though...
Ingway, is that you!?
Answer me!
Who's there!?
A familiar-looking corpse jumps down from Darkova's back:
Is what you said true? Is this really Ingway?
Indeed. He used the secret technique in order to stop the Cauldron.
Control it...? That's impossible...
After the incident with King Gallon, your father had us research the spell. Our work was successful.
My father...?
Is it the time for another 'confession of an evil guy'?
If you plan to stop me, you will become a victim of my loyal servant.
Corn tries diplomacy:
Ingway, I feel for you...
But it's as effective as rat-diplomacy in Fallout:
Now you know what time it is...
I'm not afraid.
Armageddon. Chapter 1, Act 2 - The Beast of Darkova
Corn starts the fight by applying Painkiller + Ice Spirits and equipping Fireproof Charm. He uses Overload:
And:
He runs out of POW fast. Yeah, I forgot about Unlimited Power...
But Darkova learned some new tricks since the fight against Velvet.
Each of his three heads use different attacks. First one uses fire attacks (ball of lava, homing ring of fire and fire breath), but the 2nd one...
Yeah. It can spit a huge ice crystals (barriers) that will freeze you when you touch them and can use a freezing breath as well.
Of course status changes are cumulative and all heads work as a team:
So no matter which Charm you use, they will fuck you up sooner than later.
Spirits are useless too - there are so many attacks / projectiles that you will loose all three of them within seconds.
Oh, what about the 3rd head? Well, it can create a stone barriers (useful, since you can jump on them which makes reaching Darkova's heads easier):
It can also use a breathing attack which inflicts poison...
Best way of dealing with Darkova is to concentrate attacks on one of the heads (the ice-related), but it's easier said than done, since Darkova keeps moving about and using different attacks:
As I mentioned earlier, the stone pillars can be used to Corn's advantage:
Corn can also jump on Darkova's back (he will shake you off fast, though):
Oh - don't forget to use Painkiller again when necessary:
Corn continues his job:
Darkova is able to poison him:
But Corn simply applies Antidote and jumps on Dakrova's back again:
Darkova looses one of his heads finally (the flaming one):
Corn gets poisoned and frozen again:
But moments later he takes the freezing head down for good:
The remaining head keeps struggling (I should've changed the Charm but whatever):
But eventually:
(No video this time because YewTubers were fucking cunts).
Armageddon. Chapter 1, Act 3 - Obliterated Ruins
Cornelius isn't in best shape after the fight:
Velvet shows up. But the two of them are not alone:
He's quite stubborn...
It's karma, Velvet... Don't you feel it? Even now, the Cauldron is absorbing Phozons from the world. I couldn't destroy it...
Do you remember the note...?
Mother's note...?
She wrote the note for us... Perhaps she tried to tell us how to overcome the dangers... 'The Cauldron guides the way with the final stone.'
That might save us all...
So he turned out to be useful in the end... :/
Cornelius comes to his senses:
Don't concern yourself with me, Cornelius... You're near death, too...
Aah... Ingway...
Don't worry about me...
Now, go...
Velvet picks up her furry lover:
Hesitates for a moment:
But in the end:
Ingway is finally alone:
This is it...
I hope she is safe...
But this wish won't be granted:
Chapter One ends!
What's next? Well...
You know the drill niggaz'...
Tell me - who should fight the Lord of the Netherworld?
DISCUSS!
