Yeah losing a bit of faith in the Imperium and the Emperor's servants, but not the Emperor Himself.

We might be becoming a candidate for radicalism, given that, and given our past dealings with the inquisitor. Of course, root's mentioned not wanting to make this a Dark Heresy campaign, and I'm not sure if that leaves any non-Inquisitorial analogue available. (My sense is that it doesn't, since any non-Inquisitorial radicals would be killed by the Inquisition.)

I don't get one thing. Aren't forlorn hope squads/penal legions always kept around if they survive their suicide runs so they can be deployed for another suicide run? Holt is being X-TREME in a manner ignoring IG protocols.

I was thinking this too. Sounds like Holt may be just a wee bit butthurt and he's making a point of flexing his biceps in front of us.

Voted 1 cause we were to play some IG Officer turning Redemptionist Cultist and although I didn't hoped for Holt to be lenient, especialy after we took toy Baneblade from him, his actions are indeed suspect. Well we can only hope some grunt will frag him now as he is know as man who'll kill you no matter what you will do type. :smug:

And we did well this time brothers. :bro:

Awesome read, root. I'm predicating more "fun" with Inquisitors since our commander just got murdered right in front of us. How popular we must be!

Oh come on! I'm sure the wound doesn't look like anything we could inflict. If it's a Lictor, the cut ought to be clean, unlike the messy, messy wound an eviscerator would leave. If it's not a Lictor (the goo element isn't exactly typical of Tyranids, now is it?) it still used a blade made of a chitin-analog. And that means it couldn't have moving parts and produce a wound comparable to that made by our eviscerator :smug:

I don't particularly care for WH40K, but you certainly know how to write a good story root.

Heresy! The Inquisition has no need for your blasphemous "facts!"

3.
Edit: flopped to 1 to get off the planet. We need some time to clear our mind and screw around with Deathwatch.

Voting 5.

I'm with Roxor: 5 sounds really fun, potentially the governor if alive, is now a heretic to be purged or questioned.

It gets better and better. Voting 5, seems like a good balance between pure military action and getting involved with the general plot.
