What stops me from taking the offensive are:
1. Manpower cap at 50k due to city size.
2. No siege engines.
3. No money to fund city expansion.
I really need money.
Will attend wedding for 200 gold.
I lost my only city and the game disbanded my force.
So we either live in exile or serve another lord.
All of my followers have left me.
