Aliens have terrorized Honolulu. X-Com Platoon 1 was sent on an anti-terrorist mission.

Situation immediately after deployment.

Situation about half-a-minute into the mission. As two HWPs move west through the only wide space leading from the landing site, one of them spots a Cyberdisc. Soldiers split into two three man teams. Team 1 moves west with tanks while Team 2 moves south.

Meanwhile a massive explosion occurred in the south part of the battlezone.

A moment later the Cyberdisk was destroyed with a tank shell.

General situation. An alien was detected by a HWP that temporarily withdrawn to safety.

A Cyberdisc was spotted hovering over a warehouse in the southern part of the battlezone.

It was destroyed by HWP.

A moment later, the Sectoid hidden in the garden was killed by the other HWP.

General situation a minute into the mission. An alien HWP was spotted by Team 2 as they closed to an apartment block. They hid and waited for a team member carrying RPGs to arrive.

Suddenly, another massive explosion occurred.

The Cyberdisc was destroyed by HWP.

General situation about 1,5 minutes into the mission. With the Cyberdisc out of the way, Team 2 continues to move south. Team 1 secures the north-west part of the battlezone while the tanks move south.

A moment later two Sectoids were detected and killed by the road.

General situation. HWPs turn east and encounter a Cyberdisc. The leading tank withdraws into smoke.

A moment later, Team 2 detected a Cyberdisc on the site of the alien explosive blast. The Cyberdisc was destroyed with a thermobaric rocket.

General situation. Team 2 tries to stay out of sight until the Cyberdisc in the west part of the battlezone is destroyed. HWPs are searching for it but it's obscured by smoke from an explosion.

One of the HWPs is destroyed by plasma blast aimed at nearby civilian. The remaining tank advances and makes contact with its alien counterpart.

It destroys the enemy.

The anti-terrorist mission ended two minutes after it started. Final situation:

The mission was a failure. 3/4 of civilians present in the area was killed by the alien terrorists. X-Com forces didn't lose a single soldier, though.
