Last, optional fight in Knights of The Chalice. How to start it?

As far as i know after finall battle i should have an option to fight even harder battle in front of KOTC main base (knights tower). I went there post game and the commander told me that there is some evil lurking in the land that I need to destroy. And thats it. How to activate this post game optional battle?

You exit the tower from what I remember.

Nope. Does nothing. In videos i saw some dialogue about an ambassador ariving at the keep. I have no idea how to initiate it.
