The scene in Another World where you get picked up by one of the aliens and have to kick him in the groin, do a diving roll to your gun, flip around and shoot him before he shoots you all in about 5 seconds is the coolest thing ever.

The great thing about AW is that while there was some trial and error in beating each segment of the game, it never felt unfair or outrageously difficult.

The laser gun in Another World is the coolest fucking gun in any videogame

Also people who think AW was too difficult because of "trial-and-error" must have goddamn awful problem solving skills. Wonder how they get by
Please, educate us about how enemies popping up in unpredictable places and absolute random traps has anything to do with problem solving skills.
"I die sometimes to unavoidable traps" != "This game is too difficult"

You can't run thirty feet without triggering a checkpoint in Another World. If you're stuck for any length of time on any section of the game it's probably not because the traps are unfair
