And if the Password Recovery doesn't work (there was an error transitioning accounts during the upgrade), use the "contact us" link right down the bottom right of the forums and harass us about it. Include your account name and its e-mail address (or whatever parts of it you remember).

Quantum computers alone are not enough to make us consider going all butlerian jihad on the machines. Still this is obviously :incline:, we honestly fail to grasp what wondrous (and downright retarded) things working quantum computers may allow us to do. Obviously in addition to the superior raw computing power, which you cannot have too much of when doing extremely complex simulations, not to mention the potential applications in cryptography.

BTW I also had wyrmlord's topic opened in one of my tabs and switched to it instead of the ones where I opened the links by accident. For a moment I though you were trolling us by implying wyrmlord is that breakthrough.

:incline: With quantum computers, NPC's can have a more sophisticated romance AI.

excellent we'll be finding prime factors of large integers in no time this is gonna mean at least 5 or 10 extra fps in crysis

The announcement was made during the APS meeting, which was rather amusing. A number of groups held emergency meetings and presenters were notably absent.

QC will render most of current cryptography, including one used by banking systems void.

    Fun times.
