I'm a big fan of both this game, and the tabletop version it is based upon. Really nice to see it on GOG.

I see also that GOG released Massive Chalice. At first, I got my hopes up and misread it as Knights of the Chalice.

Come to think of it, it would be pretty interesting to see those two have a discussion about digital distribution and pricing. IIRC Vogel was also pretty stubborn about that stuff for a long time before he realized how much dough he could rake in from people who would never have given his games a second glance when they were only available on his site for $10-20. (Although I got the sense that pride is more of a factor for Pierre than economic concerns, while it was the other way around for Vogel.)

Make sure you install the unofficial patch for Arcanum. The game is buggy as hell without it.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I see Troika has quite a reputation for making flawed gems- first Arcanum then Vampire: Bloodlines both unplayable without fan made patches.
