BB2 league manager does it automatically, but I can't tell if its by scored TD's or scored TDs - TDs let through.
Doesn't really matter though.

The second obviously depends on the will of the people.
There's no playoff this season tho
or well, you could make one, but another problem (which a player in another league I run pointed out to me) is that if teams carry over, finals actually give incremental advantage to top placed teams since they get a chance for even more SPP and gold. In that league we solved it by having placement matches for all teams which is fine because it's a league that moves forward every 5 days without fail, but here I'm not sure it's worth the trouble
